Be Lagaam

Be-Lagaam is an anthology of poetry by twenty-two free thinking youth of our country on the turn on the century, with their lives split between a conservative India and the explosion of the new age brought by the vast exposure through the pass to the new age world.

This is the first book picked up by Poiesis Society for Poetry and has been awarded as the best poetry book for the second quarter of 2016.

Noted Ghazal writer and Aroozee [Expert of Grammer for Ghazal writing] Shri Devender Manjhi requires no introduction as he enjoys a dominant influence on the art of Ghazal writing. With vast experience in the field of Ghazals – both as a writer and as a mentor – he has a knack for making things simpler.

This book is a result of this knack wherein he has presented complex “Bahars” of Urdoo shaairee as simple and easy to remember Hindi words making the subject wonderfully simple and easy to comprehend.

Kalyug ki Poorva Sandhya

‘Kalyug Ki Poorv Sandhya’ is a bilingual poem containing 153 verses in Hindi and English by Vineet Agarwal. The English verses are a translation of the Hindi verses by the author himself.

The poem narrates the sequence of events on the last day of the battle of Mahabharata.

Charag Jaltey Hain

The book “Charag Jaltey Hain” contains ghazals written by noted shair  Raaz Sagari, presently living in Khargone (M. P.), a small town in West Nimar region.

Raaz Sagari  belongs to club of modern Urdu poets who are well known to the Hindi audience. The ghazals in this book are his latest and are also the best poetic work of the writer till now.

Sound is the source of all creation and the theory of sound is used to its best in the systematic way in the categorization of works by Dr. S. M. Akhtar. The sounds within the mind of a poet, become poetry just the way ‘naad’ the primordial sound created universe.

His poetry represents the under-current of thoughts that make him the multidisciplinary man that he is.
